Description 

FIBC form shaped aluminum inner liners is also known as foil liners, which are made of aluminum-laminated films. Aluminum foil inliners offer superior moisture, oxygen, and UV protection, that protect the quality and integrity of the packed products. Each foil inliner can be produced using various aluminum compounds depending on the specific needs of each application.

Specification 

  1. Bag sealing form: Triple sided sealed double bottom inserted bottle caliber bag making.
  2. Equipment processing scope: composite film, aluminum film.
  3. Original film width and diameter: Lmax=1300mm, Dmax=700mm, maximum bag width 1200mm.
  4. Bag making length: 100-600mm, (to ensure secondary hot pressing, the maximum traction length is 600mm. If it exceeds 600mm, double feeding is used, and the maximum double feeding is 6 times feeding).
  5. Bag making width: 600-1200mm.
  6. Bag making speed: 10-25 segments/minute. The mechanical speed is 35 segments/minute. (The speed of bag making may be affected by the type of material and the length of cutting)
  7. Feeding speed: 16 meters/minute. (Depending on the length of the bag, it may vary).

  9. Main motor: Taiwan variable frequency motor 3700W. Gear reducer i=25.

  11. Unwinding motor: CDM-CV-28-750 reducer 750w (two sets).
  12. Winding motor frequency converter: two sets of 750w.
  13. Material discharge correction system: GD-82 photoelectric correction system. (Four sets)
  14. Unwinding and tension system: Two sets of fully automatic constant tension control systems, upper and lower. Two rotary encoders and two magnetic powder brakes, which can automatically maintain the tension of the coil from large to small without manual adjustment.
  15. Bottom insertion and unwinding motor: CDM-CV-28-750 reducer 400w (two sets).
  16. Insert bottom unwinding motor frequency converter: two sets of 750w.
  17. Temperature control: PC controls 16 channels. (Heating power supply 380v50Hz)
  18. Horizontal sealing heating: 2 sets, upper and lower electric heating plates with a power of 3.5kw. (Two sets of horizontal seals are installed with 20mm wide ironing knives, with a length of 1380mm).
