Working principle of FIBC belt weaving machine
The FIBC belt weaving machine is mainly composed of five mechanisms: opening mechanism, weft feeding mechanism, locking mechanism, beating mechanism and coiling mechanism.
1. Opening mechanism
In order to make warp and weft interlace into fabric on FIBC belt weaving machine, it is necessary to first divide warp into upper and lower layers to form shed, and then introduce weft. For this reason, the warp needs to be penetrated into the heald eye of the heald in a certain order. When the heald moves up and down with the heald frame, the warp will be separated up and down with the rise and fall of the heald frame, forming the opening and weft feeding. According to the needs of fabric organization, multi heald frame design can be adopted (two heald frames for plain weave).
2. Weft feed mechanism
Weft feeding is to use the needle to lead the weft into the shed, so that the weft and warp are interlaced into a glass fiber belt. The weft feeding mechanism of high speed shuttleless loom has three characteristics
（ 1) Fast filling delivery
（ 2) It has the advantages of large filling volume, less filling changing time and high machine running rate
（ 3) Weft feeding is double weft / time
Due to the high speed of weft feeding, in order to prevent the weft tension from breaking, the active weft feeding installation should be adopted to reduce the weft tension and ensure the normal stop of the ribbon.
3. Locking mechanism
The double weft fabric structure produced by weft feeding needle needs to stop hemming. There are two ways of hemming
（ 1) Hook the weft with a sewing needle instead of the sewing thread. If there is less weft in this structure, the weft will loosen and loose.
（ 2) In general, warp lock is used, and a hook is used to hook the lock line to form a loop to lock the weft yarn; Its basic action is that the crochet first hooks the side line, then moves back and forth to form a loop, then hooks the line, and then detaches the loop, so as to form a continuous side line and lock the weft.
4. Beating up mechanism
The weft introduced into the shed is pushed by the beating up mechanism and interlaced with the warp to form a fabric. The width and density of the fabric are determined by the reed in the beating up mechanism. The arrangement of the weft and the buckling of the warp and weft in the fabric depend on the different tension and deformation of the warp and weft during beating up.
5. Coiling mechanism
The take-up mechanism is used to drive the warp yarn forward and pull the woven belt away from the loom. In order to increase the take-up effect, the main roll of take-up roll is usually rubber roll. After the glass fiber belt is taken out of the take-up roll, there are two ways to take-up the belt
（ 1) The rolled down glass fiber tape is first dropped into the belt storage box, and then reeled at a certain length on the winder.
（ 2) When the glass fiber ribbon is directly rolled, the winding process can be reduced.
The compatibility of dyes and dyeing conditions (including ribbon tension, rolling rate, pH value, steaming temperature and time) were tested, and the better dyeing process was obtained. It is considered that the dyestuffs with good compatibility should be used in elastic ribbon dyeing;
For the ribbon woven from various nylon fibers or with uneven specific surface, the dyes with low affinity and good levelness should be selected as far as possible. The results show that the rolling liquid rate should be controlled in the range of 30% ~ 60%, the pH value should be between 4 ~ 6, the steaming temperature should be 105 ℃, and the steaming time should be 2 ~ 3 min.
