Operation of printing machine

1. Woven bag printing machine is responsible for supervising the safety of machine equipment and crew.

2. Before operation, operators must wear work clothes and shoes neatly, fasten the lapels and cuffs, and do not put sundries that are easy to fall out in the pockets, and do not wear watches and various accessories.

3. If there are transmission parts that touch human safety at the periphery of the printing machine, a complete protective cover must be provided. It is prohibited to pull off the protective cover and start the machine.

4. Before the printing machine is started, the required lubricating oil (grease) shall be added to each oil filling point, lubricating point and oil tank of the machine. Check whether there are sundries on the paper feeding table, whether the rubber stick is laid flat, and whether there are other items in the machine

5. Without approval, non crew members are not allowed to start and operate the machine. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the pilot.

6. Before starting the machine, check whether there are sundries in all parts of the machine body. Give a signal (press the safety Bell) first, and echo back and forth to ensure that the machine is safe before starting.

7. Before the machine is operated, count the number of weeks reversely and then count the number of weeks in order to prevent sundries between the rollers from damaging the blanket and printing plate.

8. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to touch the moving working surface with hands, repair and wipe the machine, and cross the rotating parts. The protective device of the machine shall be kept complete.

9. The crew shall strictly abide by their posts according to the division of labor, pay attention to the operation of all parts of the machine at all times, and stop the machine immediately in case of any problem.

10. When entering the machine room to check the machine, apply oil and clean the sundries, the power supply must be cut off and the paper transport and receiving boards must be put down.

11. Pay attention to personal safety when placing the middle foot pedal and adding water.

12. It is not allowed to wash the rubber roller and ink fountain at the same time. When washing the blanket and wiping the plate, it must be inched.

13. All safety devices of the machine shall not be removed arbitrarily.

14. Adjust the appropriate printing pressure to ensure the safe operation of mechanical parts.

15. When cleaning the ink marks on the impression cylinder, it is prohibited to use ink knives, steel knives and other objects to scrape the impression area. Relevant solvents and rags shall be used for cleaning and cleaning every day.

16. The work site shall be kept clean and unblocked. There shall be no sundries around the ground, workbench and machine. Maintenance tools and spare parts shall be placed at the specified positions.

17. During work, no one is allowed to laugh, play or make noise around the machine.

18. At the end of the work, clean the machine, protect the printing plate, scrub the blanket, impression cylinder and roller pillow, turn off the power and fill in the work log.

19. Regularly maintain and repair the machine and fill in the maintenance and repair records.
