The inner bag of the large container can transport granular and powder materials in large tonnage. Because it is containerized transportation, it has the advantages of large unit transportation volume, easy loading and unloading, reducing labor force, and no secondary pollution of goods, and it also greatly saves the cost and time spent in the transportation of vehicles and ships. The structure of the container liner bag is designed according to the goods loaded by the customer and the handling equipment used. It can be divided into bottom loading and bottom unloading and top loading and bottom unloading. According to the customer's loading and unloading mode, it can be equipped with loading and unloading port (sleeve), zipper and other designs. In addition, according to the product demand, we will also design air bag, air pumping device, etc., which is more convenient for unloading.

Material composition of container lining bag:
Main material PE / PP woven fabric -- 140gsm or according to customer requirements.
PE film -- 0.10-0.15mm, or according to customer requirements.
It is a cylindrical feeding port with an air outlet, suitable for loading with a blower.
Rectangular feed port with zipper (can be extended to open), suitable for loading with conveyor belt.
The number of discharge port, according to customer requirements.
Baffle PP / PE woven cloth or PE film, according to customer requirements.
Square steel 40x40x3x2420mm, 4 pieces / 5 pieces / 6 pieces. According to the customer's requirements, the main materials of container lining bag are usually PE woven cloth, PE film and PP woven fabric.

1. Non hazardous free flowing products.

5. Installation steps

Place the inner liner bag in a clean container and unfold it.

Place square steel in sleeve and place on floor.

Fasten the elastic ring and rope on the inner liner bag firmly to the iron ring in the container. (from one side, up and down, from inside to outside)

The bottom end of the bag at the box door is fixed with the iron ring on the floor by the pull rope to prevent the inner bag from moving during loading.

Four square steel bars are fixed in the door slot by hanging ring and suspension belt. The flexible suspension belt can be adjusted according to the height.

Lock the left door tightly and inflate with air compressor to prepare for loading

6. Loading and unloading mode

Place the inner liner bag in a clean container and unfold it.

Place square steel in sleeve and place on floor.
