Aluminum Film Big Bag (FIBC/Jumbo Bag / Container Bag / Bulk Bag ) Liner Shaping Machine is specially designed for producing liners for flexible container bag liners from multi layer flat film and tubular PP film with different types of filling spout and bottom.

Unwinding station for rolls of flat and / or folded tubular film, 4 pc flat rolls unwinding and 1 pc tubular roll unwinding.

Length compensation system for exact positioning of the welding matrix for the follow-up welding of bottom.

Ready-made products cold cutting to length, bottle part waste film  automatic cutting.
